Friday I had the day to play in Washington, DC. Instead of hitting the tourist destinations, Lia and I took the Metro up to Adams Morgan and walked... and walked... and walked... Adams Morgan is the more colorful parts of DC, with the bars and clubs to prove it. Walking from the Metro station to Adams Morgan, you see how the architecture here is so unlike the west coast. This is a short photo log of Friday's adventure.
I have two and a half days of conference-going, which includes a plethora of free stuff. And I would be a very bad librarian to not pick up the free stuff. So off I go...
